Accountant

We are looking for a dynamic Accountant who will be responsible for proper and accurate accounting across multiple media and tech companies. The incumbent will represent the accounting team with various internal and external stakeholders. He or she will also be working closely with accounting teams in the region as well as operations teams. In addition, the position plays a critical role as a key business partner supporting the senior management in monthly financial reviews, analysis and to support and advice on strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all aspects of financial and reporting functions for multiple companies
  • Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reports to be prepared for various stakeholders
  • Performing financial planning, analysis, and forecasting
  • Partnering business teams in analyzing business performance and drivers
  • Developing and executing initiatives to improve business performance
  • Handling treasury matters, such as cash and liquidity management, funding requirement, preparing periodic reporting and liaising with banks
  • Coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requests
  • Managing processes for the preparation of Corporation Tax, GST returns and Statutory Financial Statements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting or ACCA equivalent
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical, self-motivated and highly organized
  • Meticulous with good attention to details

Responsibilities:

  • Source for new marketing and business opportunities

We are currently looking for a Copywriter to join our amazing team and work with us on exciting projects!
  • You will be involved in the creative process of discussing the client’s core message and target audience, brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team, writing and presenting a few options to clients, modifying copy until the client is satisfied, and overseeing the production phase

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join us at Big 3 Media! You will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR plans and programs are realized.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing the end-to-end recruitment process including creating job ads, shortlisting, conducting interviews, salary proposals, extending job offers, and onboarding)
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the HR budget
  • Overseeing month end payroll, submission of income tax, and CPF contributions
  • Implementing and revising the performance compensation structure
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Maintaining company organizational charts
