Account Executive (Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • Source for new marketing and business opportunities
  • Tender for government projects on GeBiz
  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch to potential customers
  • Develop quotes and proposals
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement, price and specifications with clients

Requirements:

  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Candidates with experience and keen interest in the media industry would have an added advantage
  • Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Maintaining working relations with existing clients
  • Co-ordinating subsequent deals obtained from clients
  • Reading, researching and assessing ideas and finished scripts
  • Hiring key staff, including freelancers and other crews to shoot films or videos
  • Controlling the budget and allocating resources
  • Organising shooting schedules – dependent on the type of producer and availability of support staff
  • Supervising the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production

Requirements:

  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking, mass communication or producing
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the media industry and video production

Handyman/Technician

We are looking for a reliable Handyman/Technician to undertake upkeep and repair tasks for our company premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.

Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

Responsibilities

  • Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs
  • Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
  • Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets)
  • Repair equipment or appliances
  • Assist external vendors with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
  • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. electrical trips)
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as handyman
  • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
  • Basic math skills
  • Good communication ability

Social Media Intern

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Intern with the capability to think outside the box when translating our brand into compelling digital marketing activity. Creativity in photography and understanding of the social media industry is a must.

  • Supporting the marketing of media outlets by monitoring the results of content delivered on global social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram using analytics tools to identify trends and key learnings

Job Requirements:
