We are looking for a Communications Strategist to help translate corporate objectives and communication goals into clear content strategies and narrative frameworks.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand organisational messaging, stakeholder priorities, and communication objectives, and translate them into structured content directions - particularly for corporate videos, internal communications, branded corporate storytelling and corporate content strategy.
This role focuses on corporate communication narratives, ensuring that messaging is clearly structured and effectively translated into content formats that the creative and production teams can execute.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in corporate communications, communications strategy, or media, who enjoys structuring messaging, shaping narratives, and helping organisations communicate their stories clearly through video and digital content.

• Translate corporate communication objectives, organisational messaging, and stakeholder priorities into clear content strategies and narrative frameworks.
• Develop strategic directions for corporate videos, leadership communication, internal messaging, employer branding, stakeholder communication and corporate storytelling projects.
• Work with clients to understand their business context, communication goals, and target audiences, and translate these insights into structured content approaches.
• Identify appropriate content formats and storytelling structures to effectively communicate corporate messages through video and digital content.
• Support the development of pitch decks, proposals, and strategy presentations for corporate communication projects.
• Conduct research on organisations, industries, audiences, and communication trends to inform messaging and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with producers and creative teams to ensure corporate messaging is accurately translated into content and production outputs.
• Participate in client meetings to help clarify communication objectives and articulate strategic approaches.
• Review project outcomes and content performance where relevant to identify insights for future communication strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Corporate Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in corporate communications, communications strategy, or content strategy
• Strong writing, narrative structuring, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate corporate messaging and organisational objectives into structured communication frameworks and content strategies
• Comfortable working with clients, strategists, and creative teams to develop effective communication approaches
• Strong research and analytical abilities, particularly in understanding organisational messaging and stakeholder communication needs
• Interest in corporate storytelling, corporate video content, and communication strategy
