i) Discovery Phase: At the initial stage, our sales representative will have an online or in-person discussion with you to identify important factors that will determine the direction of the video project, such as your objectives, key messages and any ideas you may have in mind. ii) Ideation Phase: By using the inputs gained in the discovery phase, our team will brainstorm and ideate suitable video concepts for your review. We’ll then use your feedback (if any) to further refine the proposed video concept.
iii) Pre-production Phase: Upon confirmation of the video concept, our team starts planning the entire shoot. From scriptwriting and storyboarding to location scouting and securing permits, our team ensures that every aspect is carefully planned. We include two rounds of revisions for scripting and video editing. The first round focuses on fact-checking, ensuring key messages are accurately conveyed. The second round is for quality control. Additional revisions may incur extra costs. We'll discuss the revision process and fees upfront.
