The role involves managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and teams, tracking schedules, handling scope changes, maintaining documentation, and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate and oversee projects from start to completion
• Plan, organize and track work schedule to ensure timely delivery of target milestones
• Communicate and liaise with clients and internal teams to consolidate and validate the requirements of the project
• Manage changes in project scope proactively
• Maintain project administration and documentation
• Identify potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks
• 1-2 years of project management experience in anadvertising, agency, production house is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Resourceful, creative, able to work independently oras a team.
• Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in communicating with clients, managingprojects, handling deadlines and budget.
