As part of this growth, we are looking for an Animation Post Producer who can combine strong production management with a practical understanding of animation, post-production, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.
The Animation Post Producer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of animation-led and AI-enabled projects, from the initial brief and production planning through to final delivery.
Sitting within the animation function, this role provides the structure, coordination, and production judgment needed to keep projects moving smoothly, on time, on brief, and within scope.
More than a purely administrative project management role, the Animation Post Producer should have a strong understanding of animation and post-production requirements, be able to provide practical production guidance, and work closely with creative, video, post-production, and account teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The role is based in Singapore and may also require attendance at location shoots where animation or AI-production input is needed.
1. End-to-End Animation Production:
• Own animation-led and AI-enabled projects from kickoff through to final delivery.
• Translate project briefs into clear production plans, workflows, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Timeline, Workflow & Resource Management:
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Allocate internal and external resources, track production progress, and balance team bandwidth to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
3. Animation & Production Guidance:
• Apply a practical understanding of animation and post-production workflows to advise on feasibility, production approach, handovers, and delivery requirements.
• Support the team in resolving production challenges while ensuring the original creative intent is maintained.
4. AI-Enabled Production:
• Work closely with the animation and AI team to explore and integrate AI tools into production workflows where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency while maintaining quality and creative standards.
• Take ownership of AI-driven projects when required, managing the end-to-end creative and production process to ensure deliverables are met.
5. Cross-Functional & Shoot Coordination:
• Coordinate closely with creative, video, post-production, and account teams to ensure clear briefs, smooth handovers, and aligned deliverables.
• Attend location shoots when animation, visual effects, or AI-production considerations need to be addressed on set.
6. Scope, Risk & Stakeholder Management:
• Anticipate production risks and manage changes in scope, timelines, feedback, and required assets.
• Resolve issues early to keep projects moving smoothly and minimise delays.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Animation Creative & Visual Direction:
• Provide creative input and a strong visual eye across animation projects, helping to shape the overall look, style, pacing, storytelling, and execution.
• Work closely with animators, designers, directors, and creative teams to ensure animation work is creatively strong, visually consistent, and aligned with the intended concept and client objectives.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in animation, post-production, creative production, advertising, or media.
• Proven experience managing animation or post-production projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Practical understanding of the animation production pipeline, including planning, asset preparation, production, reviews, revisions, and final delivery.
• Ability to balance project management with sound creative and production judgment, and provide clear guidance when challenges arise.
• Exposure to AI-assisted creative or production workflows is preferred, with curiosity and a willingness to adopt new ways of working.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across creative teams, production teams, clients, and external partners.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment where priorities and project scopes may shift.
• Able to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability, while collaborating closely with the wider team.
• Based in Singapore and comfortable attending location shoots when animation or AI-production input is required.
